Job Description

Primary Responsibilities

• Manage the Champions process for deployment, facilitating regular project reviews, tracking initiatives, and ensuring accountability for delivery of savings.

•  Drive cost-savings initiatives within the deployment function, identifying innovative opportunities to reduce waste, redeploy excess inventory, and optimize distribution strategies.

• Drive seasonal strategy planning to ensure efficient network readiness and cost-effective execution during peak demand periods.

• Support the forward-looking deployment plan, integrating forecasted demand, capacity, and network constraints to maintain optimal inventory flow.

• Manage and enhance digital deployment tools, ensuring adoption and leveraging data analytics for performance visibility and decision-making.

• Oversee monthly deployment financial reporting, consolidating performance metrics, analyzing variances, and providing actionable insights to leadership.

• Collaborate cross-functionally to develop best practices, share learnings, and support enterprise-wide deployment excellence initiatives.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree required
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills functionally and at various management levels
  • Strong computer and analytical skills
  • Planner/scheduler experience is desirable
  • Drive for results
  • Strong influencing skills
  • Total supply chain perspective 
  • Strong problem solving skills with data driven, total cost approach

New Hire Base Salary Range:

$88,000.00 - $110,000.00

Bonus: This position is eligible for a performance-based bonus as provided by the plan terms and governing documents.

The compensation offered will take into account internal equity and may vary depending on the candidate's geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors
