Senior Analyst - Cybersecurity (M&A), SITRM

Location: Krakow, Poland (Hybrid) 

Type: Full-time employment

Shift: 12.00 PM to 8.00 PM local Poland time

Job Summary

This role is responsible for executing Cybersecurity assessment on M&As and leading integration planning, coordination, and reporting across business and technology cross function teams; and manages external team resources.   

Responsibilities

  • Execute cybersecurity assessment of M&As
  • Manage end-to-end cybersecurity integration process and activities
  • Coordinate and lead cross functional meetings; support customer due diligence
  • Provide continuous updates and reporting to appropriate stakeholders
  • Support the continuous improvement of integration approach, cost models, and reporting 

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Information Systems, Computer Science or a related technical field of study. Related experience may be considered in lieu of required education.
  • Master’s degree in information technology, Information Systems, Computer Science or a related technical field of study.
  • 5 or more years of experience in cybersecurity M&A integration, cybersecurity project management, security risk assessment, audit, or third-party security risk management.
  • Excellent oral and written communication and ability to engage with senior stakeholders across the enterprise.


Licenses/Certifications Required:

Certified Information on Systems Security Professional (CISSP), Certified Information Security Manager (CISM), Shared Assessments Certified Third Party Risk Professional (CTPRP) or Certified Third Party Risk Assessor (CTPRA), Information Systems Security Architecture Professional (ISSAP), Information Systems Security Engineering Professional (ISSEP)

Technical Skills and Abilities:

  • Strong experience in cybersecurity M&A integration, cybersecurity or technology audit or risk assessment.
  • Strong experience in cybersecurity or technology project management and budgeting.  
  • Strong experience working with business and technology cross functional teams.
  • Strong experience in coordinating and managing work performed by internal and external team resources. 
  • Solid experience in conducting third party security assessments.
  • Solid experience in information security and privacy domains.
  • Strong experience in process improvement and re-engineering.
  • Strong strategic thinking and planning skills.
  • Experience in large enterprise environments.
  • Strong verbal and written communication, negotiation, analytical, time management, organizational, and relationship management skills.
  • Comfortable dealing with ambiguity, making decisions with sub-optimal/incomplete information.
  • Ability to analyze and challenge current working methods to create improvements in processes and result.
  • Ability to work independently within a geographically dispersed team.
  • Understand and comply with all applicable company policies.
