The Senior Analyst, Customer Analytics has a significant role in using insight from customers and colleagues worldwide to improve financial services for families, small businesses, multinational corporations, and non-profit organizations.

Role Responsibilities

  • To build and maintain common BI platforms for internal stakeholders.
  • Partner with teams to deliver actionable insights that improve marketing and customer initiatives.
  • Develop programming code or collaborate with developers and Data Engineering teams to prepare data tables for analysis.
  • Perform data analysis, modeling, and validation for both standard and ad hoc requests.
  • Design and execute robust measurement plans using Design of Experiment (DoE) methodologies.
  • To drive data-driven decision making across our business.
  • Develop a deep understanding of key business metrics and design scalable business intelligence platforms for internal data consumption.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide analytical support that enhances customer acquisition, cross-sell, up-sell, and retention strategies.

Role Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in data analytics; prior experience in Financial Services or Banking is a plus.
  • Expert-level proficiency in SQL and advanced MS Excel.
  • Strong skills in Power BI and programming in Python.
  • Exposure to CDP tools (Adobe Analytics, Amplitude)
  • Familiarity with Market Mix Modeling preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills to convey complex analytical concepts to technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Ability to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Collaborative mindset and attention to detail.
