Senior Analyst, Business Product Owner - Express Scripts - Hybrid

Position Summary

The Sr Analyst, Business Product Owner is responsible for supporting the development, delivery, and continuous improvement of training programs that enable Business Product Owners (BPOs)—including Initiative BPOs (iBPOs) and Capability BPOs (cBPOs)—to drive strategic alignment and operational excellence across the organization. 

Responsibilities

  • Facilitate training for individuals across varying levels of experience, including leadership, with a collaborative, team-first mindset. 

  • Develop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs), training presentations, and process documentation. 

  • Leverage tools such as PowerPoint, Slido, SharePoint, and Smartsheet to support training and documentation efforts. 

  • Serve as a change advocate, promoting a positive and proactive approach to process improvement initiatives. 

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required; 2 plus years of experience in business product owner industry or pharmacy benefits management experience required.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel). required.

  • Strong communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills required. 

  • Experience with Express Scripts’ systems, products, or services preferred.

  • Understanding of the healthcare or pharmacy benefit management industry preferred.

  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies and product management frameworks preferred.
