What you'll do: - Analyze and validate data accuracy by comparing with third-party sources, budgets, and actual results to support business decisions.
- Develop and maintain key performance indicators, and metrics to evaluate trends and project outcomes.
- Organize data-driven insights and deliver consistent reporting to inform business strategies and monitor progress.
- Collaborate with internal and external partners to align analytics approaches and provide expert guidance on best practices.
- Support business processes by preparing documentation, resolving issues, and responding to stakeholder inquiries.
- Identify improvement opportunities and contribute to process efficiency and compliance across functions.
What you'll bring: - Strong ability to analyze key performance indicators, and trends with accuracy and attention to detail.
- Experience documenting business requirements and collaborating with stakeholders to align analytical solutions with business needs.
- Proven skills in Customer service, both internal and external customers.
- Ability to communicate complex insights clearly and provide expert guidance on best practices.

The annual salary range for this position is $60,000.00 - $110,000.00
Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
