Role: 

The objective of this role is to support the Account Director and Transaction Managers in the processes related to financial execution of the transactions and day-to-day operations resulting from the Client contract. The role includes support in invoicing as well as monitoring of Accounts transactions.

Responsibilities:

    • Providing support for Transaction Managers with process coordination, transaction tracking, analysing data along with updating systems (incl. TME), owning reporting and preparing documentation

    • Regular monitoring of the Account’s Finance including:

    • Management, raising and tracking of Purchase Orders (PO’s)

    • Tracking and coordinating signing of Statement of Work (PSOWs) for ongoing transactions

    • Registering new vendors (sending out and processing)

    • Invoice queries (mainly issues relating to non or late payment by the Client)

    • Management of JLL team travel budget and inputs to the Client’s management tool

    • Bank Guarantees (raising new BGs and renewing existing ones) in the Treasury Tool

    • Taking ownership of ongoing Operations and Transactions on the Account, along with monitoring the progress of the projects

    • Interacting with both - JLL and Client stakeholders to ensure smooth operations and service delivery.

    • Support with preparation of PowerPoint presentations for the Client and data visualisation

    • Streamlining communication within the Account and acting as a bridge between Lease Admin department and Transaction Managers

    • Onboarding new team members, monitoring execution of onboarding process and supplier onboarding in Ariba.

    • Acting as the Subject Matter Expert for JLL team members and the Client.

    Requirements:

    • Supporting Clients in strategic decision making, standard and ad – hoc real estate reports and analysis preparation.  Outputs visualisations and presentation for both JLL teams and external Clients.  

    • Processing large amounts of data, analysing and drawing conclusions. Taking ownership of the output quality. Acting as the Subject Matter Expert for other team members.  

    • Providing diligent data and process analysis. Reports, tools and processes improvements submission and execution. Sharing knowledge and building best practices.  

    • Interacting with both with JLL and Client stakeholders to ensure smooth operations and service delivery within the Account governance framework.  

    • Acting as a single point of contact for the Corporate Client's Real Estate team and internal stakeholders. Communication with respective regions and service lines, client teams.
