What You’ll Do:
Oversee invoicing and purchase orders for cost centers
Provide comprehensive administrative support including answering calls, scheduling meetings, tracking office supplies, and document formatting/editing
Coordinate with external vendors to support team events and departmental activities
Prepare budgets and expense reports with accuracy and confidentiality
Communicate effectively with internal teams, directors, and VPs, demonstrating professionalism and strong phone etiquette
Take initiative to improve processes and support the team’s goals
Assist with scheduling meetings in person and virtually

Minimum Education:
High school diploma/GED required
Bachelor's degree preferred
Minimum Experience:
4+ years of experience in administration or related areas
Experience Exception: Bachelor's degree with no experience required
Some experience with activities involving planning, organizing and coordinating is important
Experience with tasks that involve managing routine or repetitive activities, high attention to detail and clear communication are critical
Demonstrated experience working with office technologies including Microsoft Office (Word/ Excel/ Power point etc.)
Experience in Workday and ServiceNow is preferred
Familiarity with audiovisual equipment and the ability to troubleshoot basic technical issues is a plus
Compensation
In recognition of certain U.S. state and municipal pay transparency laws, St. Jude is including a reasonable estimate of the compensation range for this role. This is an estimate offered in good faith and a specific salary offer takes into account factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets, experience and training, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs. It is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the salary range and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case.
