The Director of Human Resources champions strategic HR initiatives across the business, supporting growth and operational success. We're seeking a dynamic HR leader who excels in providing innovative solutions, developing teams, and partnering with the business. This role requires a strong communicator, capable of presenting to multiple levels of team members and executives, and expertise in people analytics to shape data-driven strategies.

What You Will Do 

  • Strategic HR Partnership: Serve as the lead HR consultant to business leaders, shaping HR strategies that align with business goals across multiple countries.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and coach an HR team, providing guidance on both transactional and strategic activities. Continuously grow the team’s capabilities through on the job assignments, feedback and mentoring.
  • Collaboration with Global HR: Partner with Corporate HR functions (Compensation, Benefits, Talent Management, Legal) to implement and adapt programs that support employees, drive growth and achieve operational efficiency.
  • HR Service Delivery: Oversee the efficient delivery of HR services, including talent acquisition, onboarding, compensation, benefits, and employee development, while leveraging HR systems to maximize effectiveness.
  • HR Metrics & Reporting: Manage HR metrics, ensuring alignment with corporate directives and supporting data-driven decision-making.

What You Will Bring 

  • Education: Master’s degree in human resources, organization development, or business.
  • Certifications: SHRM or HRCI certification a plus.
  • Experience: 10+ years in HR with experience working across multiple HR functions and international teams.  
  • Leadership: Experience leading a team to achieve results and coaching employees to high performance.
  • Communication: Strong written and verbal communication, presentation skills, and ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.

Compensation: The expected annual base salary range for this role is $165,000 - $200,000. This role qualifies for an incentive plan based on individual and company performance. Please note the salary information shown above is a general guideline only. Salaries are based upon candidate skills, experience, qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.
