Focus of the Role
As a Senior Sales Specialist – Mobility, you will bring deep enterprise mobility expertise, strong relationship management capability, and disciplined sales execution to drive profitable growth, retention, and expansion across your assigned Industry & Corporate portfolio.

What You’ll Do
Telstra Enterprise - Customer Success & Sales helps Telstra's customers achieve their business goals by providing them with the right products, services, and support.
Your portfolio will span mobile connectivity, mobile hardware, managed mobility and lifecycle management, SMS platforms, and Telstra’s Network as a Product (NaaP) mobility offerings.
This role requires strong ownership, commercial accountability, and the ability to operate confidently within complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise environments.
About You
Mobility Growth & Retention Ownership
Own mobility growth and retention within complex enterprise accounts, acting as the mobility sales lead and subject matter expert. Proactively support CF30 motions by protecting the base, strengthening renewals, and expanding mobility footprints through value-led solutioning.
Pipeline & Sales Discipline
Demonstrate strong sales discipline and clear pipeline ownership. Build, manage, and convert a robust mobility pipeline across both CF30 (retention and renewals) and growth motions. Maintain accurate forecasting, disciplined opportunity qualification, structured deal progression, and compliant use of sales systems and governance processes.
New Opportunity Identification
Proactively identify, qualify, and progress new mobility opportunities. Leverage a deep understanding of customer operating models, workforce personas, industry-specific mobility requirements, and competitive dynamics to position Telstra’s mobility and NaaP solutions as strategic enablers of productivity, resilience, and customer experience.
Executive Stakeholder Engagement
Engage credibly with senior and executive stakeholders, including C-suite leaders, to shape mobility roadmaps, influence buying decisions, and reinforce Telstra’s position as a long-term strategic partner across both run-rate and growth initiatives.
Commercial Relationship Management
Build and maintain strong commercial relationships with customers, vendors, and strategic partners. Deliver high levels of customer satisfaction, support retention outcomes, and contribute to Net Promoter Score (NPS) performance.
Account & Solution Leadership
Provide mobility leadership within assigned accounts, acting as the subject matter expert and thought leader for your industry vertical. Shape mobility strategy within account plans, influence CF30 renewal and retention strategies, and drive growth initiatives in partnership with Client Partners, General Managers, and Customer
Success Management (CSM) teams.
Own and lead the mobility components of proposals, commercial responses, and RFPs for large and complex customers. Orchestrate internal delivery teams and strategic partners to ensure solutions are commercially sound, operationally scalable, and aligned to both customer outcomes and sales performance objectives.
Continuous Improvement & Innovation
Contribute to innovation and continuous improvement across mobility sales execution. Support enhancements in opportunity identification, solution design, commercial negotiation, and sales delivery to uplift overall mobility sales capability and performance.
You will lead the identification, development, and sale of high-value enterprise mobility solutions, partnering closely with Client Executives and senior customer stakeholders to deliver CF30 outcomes, sustained mobility revenue growth, and strong margin performance.
