Senior Accounts Payable Analyst (Fixed term)

As a Fixed-term Senior Accounts Payable Analyst you'll play a meaningful role in driving settlement operations and supporting Nasdaq's global financial processes through automation, accuracy, and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

• Process payment runs and resolve rejected payments and returns with accuracy and efficiency.
• Research, analyze, and resolve accounts payable inquiries by providing quality support to internal colleagues, audit teams, and suppliers.
• Perform bank account reconciliations, month-end and year-end financial close processes, ensuring compliance and timeliness.
• Identify and implement process improvements that enhance automation and operational efficiency.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or equivalent practical experience.
• Meaningful professional experience in accounts payable or financial operations.
• Excellent language skills in written and spoken English.
• Strong communication skills with experience working across different cultures.
• Proficiency in tools or platforms such as Microsoft Office and ERP systems.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working in shared service centers or global operations.
• Knowledge of local and global accounting trends, regulatory requirements, and legislation.
• Familiarity with Workday, Coupa or similar enterprise resource planning systems.

This position will be located in Vilnius and offers the opportunity for a hybrid work environment at least 3 days a week in-office, subject to change, providing flexibility and accessibility for qualified candidates. This is a full-time fixed term (until March 2028) role.
