Job Title: Senior Accountant (Consultant) (5 Months Contract)

Your role:

Drive Financial Excellence by providing critical support to Finance Operations, Financial Reporting and the ongoing SAP Migration project and Tax reviews. This role ensures accuracy, compliance, and efficiency across all financial functions.

Here you’ll get to:

  • Month-End Close Reconciliation: You will provide support on critical month-end activities, including Fixed Asset management, Balance Sheet reviews, P&L analysis, ensuring the timely and accurate closure of financial records.
  • Cash Reporting: You will collaborate with the Senior Finance Manager in the preparation of the monthly actuals, forecast, and other high-priority ad-hoc financial reporting submissions.
  • Artist and Royalty Management: You will provide oversight on royalty operations, including artist communication and royalty payment status. Resolve systemic gaps such as unmapped royalty codes and missing contracts, while driving the Artist Portal implementation to streamline the royalty process and enhance the artist user experience.
  • Billing and Receivables: You will perform review of Client Invoices within the AMS system for Brand, Sync and Touring agreements, and proactively monitors long outstanding accounts to accelerate cash collections.
  • Invoices and Payables: You will review Pos, Recharges and SSC-prepared payments, monitor aging reports to minimize long-outstanding payables and maintain vendor health.
  • Tax Review and Compliance Management: You will prepare Business Tax Forms (0619E, 0619F, 1600- WVAT, 2550Q VAT) ensuring accuracy and compliance with monthly and quarterly regulatory requirements. Provide a meticulous support in record-keeping and adherence to regulations to achieve zero audit findings and penalties. Collaborate with the Senior Finance Manager on Transfer Pricing reviews and other tax clean-up initiatives, driving comprehensive tax strategy and risk mitigation.
  • SAP Migration and Implementation: You will performs crucial support during the Go Live implementation of the FIT Project, specifically with the Royalty function, ensuring a smooth transition.

About you:

  • Bachelor’s degree in finance & accounting or equivalent, (CPA is optional)
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in multinational corporation.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
  • Experience with Finance ERP systems (Hyperion, SAP).
