The IET Financial Reporting Specialist, support month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing processes, you will be responsible for:
Supporting month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing processes, ensuring timely and accurate submission of IET financial reports and supplemental data to Baker Hughes Corporate
Performing Balance Sheet analysis and risk identification, including impairment assessments
Executing enterprise-level projects within IET, with a focus on Legal Entity Rationalizations
Drive timely closure of Internal Audit findings; collaborate with Internal Audit teams to review draft issues, ensure accuracy, and implement global projects to address process weaknesses
Maintaining visibility and trend analysis of segment audit issues through shared reporting platforms
Identifying process improvements, drive simplification initiatives, and support system implementation solutions
To be successful in this role you will:
Educational background in Economics
Experience: 5/6 years in international companies or main consultancy firms.
Proficient with all reporting tools with evidence to SAP and Oracle use
Languages: Fluent in Italian and English (written and spoken).
