Role Description 

As Programmatic Senior Account Executive, you will support the Programmatic team in managing addressable display, mobile, and video campaigns - with a primary focus on Bupa. You will act as a key link between client teams, internal operations, and finance, helping to ensure smooth campaign delivery, performance optimisation, and effective communication across all stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities 

  • Support day-to-day client servicing, including account management, coordination between clients and internal operations/finance teams, selling of services, tactical campaign design, analysis, reporting, and related campaign duties.
  • Combine media market knowledge, technical understanding, data analysis, and client feedback to configure, operate, and optimise complex campaigns that meet client objectives.
  • Become an expert in the use and best practices of multiple Demand-Side Platforms (DSPs), providing insights on how to improve campaign effectiveness through a deep understanding of each platform’s functionality (note: in-console campaign management is not part of this role).
  • Develop an in-depth understanding of the digital media landscape and wider media market dynamics.
  • Build strong relationships with the Campaign Engineering team to ensure smooth collaboration and effective delivery.
  • Consult with clients and agency planning teams on campaign development, ensuring parameters are aligned and opportunities to expand KINESSO services are identified.
  • Deliver insights into campaign constraints and their implications for delivery and performance.
  • Design media and audience strategies that maximise economic outcomes within campaign limits.
  • Ensure the Campaign Management team executes all tactical media plan requirements correctly and that implementations are accurate within DSP consoles.
  • Support the delivery of reports that track, measure, and analyse campaign activity, helping to identify and resolve delivery or performance issues.
  • Liaise with clients and agency teams on campaign performance, optimisation, and reporting outputs.

Desired Skills & Experience 

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with confidence operating in a consultative, client-facing environment.
  • Good quantitative and analytical skills, with the ability to draw meaningful conclusions from data.
  • Experience with statistics and analytical methodologies.
  • Ability to investigate, analyse, and solve problems, clearly communicating results and recommendations.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel (pivot tables, chart creation, and data visualisation).
  • Self-starter with a proactive mindset and a desire to work in an entrepreneurial environment.
  • Curiosity and eagerness to understand how systems and processes work through hands-on experience.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment and quickly learn and apply new tools and concepts.
  • Good collaboration skills and ability to work effectively as part of a cross-functional team.
