Position Summary
We’re looking for a senior, high-impact Account Executive to lead F5’s growth across Spain’s Defence and National Security ecosystem. This is a strategic, long-cycle role where trust matters as much as technical credibility, working closely with senior customer stakeholders, key systems integrators, and internal specialist teams to land and expand mission-critical security and application delivery initiatives.
This is a strategic, quota-carrying sales role focused on Spain’s Defence and National Security ecosystem. You will own a set of named strategic accounts and drive long-cycle, high-impact opportunities by building executive-level relationships, shaping value-based proposals, and orchestrating internal and partner resources. Success requires strong account planning, commercial discipline, and the ability to navigate complex stakeholder environments, including procurement and compliance constraints, while expanding adoption across the F5 portfolio.
Scope
Coverage includes major accounts within the Spanish Defence sector and National Intelligence/Security agencies. You are the primary point of contact for the assigned accounts and will lead account strategy in coordination with internal teams and partners.

Physical Demands and Work Environment
This is a hybrid role combining time between home and the office, with a minimum in-office presence as required by local policy. You may also work on-site at customer and partner locations. The role requires regular use of a computer and phone, and travel within Spain (and occasional travel outside the territory as needed). Flexibility to support customer and business needs outside standard working hours may be required.
