As a Designer, you will develop innovative digital ads and assets for one of the world's largest packaged goods companies. This role demands expertise in balancing speed, style, and scale to produce high-quality visual content that resonates across multiple platforms. We are looking for someone passionate about seeking new opportunities, contributing to a nimble, AI-forward team, and creating impactful work.

Responsibilities:

  • Create style proposals, concept mockups, and prototypes to initiate design projects for products, features, and campaigns.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure designs meet client expectations and brand guidelines.
  • Studying and applying brand guidelines to designs.
  • Execute the art direction while providing innovative ideas, inspiration, and best practices to enhance the creative process.
  • Translate creative briefs into thorough design briefs that inform the design process.
  • Ensure pixel-perfect execution of designs, safeguarding quality at all times.
  • Specialise in crafting interactive assets for social media and other digital channels.
  • Be capable of creating designs and technical setup for typical POS print media.  
  • Understand cultural trends and create designs that demonstrate relevance and appeal on social platforms.
  • Elevate storytelling through design, combining aesthetics and functionality in motion graphics.
  • Ideate and assist in creating style proposals to win pitches.
  • Support the production team in quality assurance during project rollouts across various markets.

About You

The essentials:

  • 3-5 years of experience as a Designer specialising in crafting digital designs and advertising materials.
  • Proficient in Figma and also Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign. After Effects is a bonus.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing expertise in digital design and advertising materials.
  • Experience with all stages of the design process, from conceptualisation to final layout execution and delivery.
  • Strong understanding of design fundamentals such as typography, grid systems, interaction design, flow, and storytelling.
  • Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with team members.
  • Ability to present designs confidently to colleagues.
  • Fast and flexible mindset, ready to jump on new opportunities and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Knowledge of social media dynamics and how to create engaging content for different platforms.
  • Interest in current design trends and cultural relevance to inform creative decisions.

Not a Must but a Plus:

  • Some basic knowledge of front-end development (HTML/CSS) is a bonus.
