Job Summary
Supplies Market Category is responsible for Supplies 4Ps and P&L Management of the relevant geography Southern Eastern and Middle East & Africa (more than 90 countries) and EU2. Our wide market will bring great opportunities for the Business Analyst joining the team.

Responsibilities

Business analytics to support the objectives for region.
Elaborate insights from collected data and share recommendations to Country / Market Category Leads
Monitor trends by RTMs (Retail, Commercial, Proximity)
Simplify and automatize tools and process.
•Participate in Operating Excellence and transformational projects in collaboration with experiences business managers and senior transformation lead.
Engage effectively with RTMs including sales , marketing, country or market people
Support local analytics for multi-country clusters
Sustainability reporting and monitoring working closely with Sustainability lead.
• Monitors regional inventory levels to ensure that sufficient stock is available to meet customer demands.
• Facilitates communication with regional sales forces to support the acceleration of the sales process.
• Represents the voice of the customer by gathering and sharing insights on customer needs and preferences.

Education & Experience Recommended
• Four-year or Graduate Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or any other related discipline or commensurate work experience or demonstrated competence.
• Typically has 2-4 years of work experience, preferably in product marketing, product design, or a related field or an advanced degree with little or no work experience.
Retail offline experience analysis enabling Actionable insights and recommendations to improve customer experience across physical retail
