Summary
The Security Analyst (Systems) will serve in a critical role on the expanding Illumina Global Security Team, providing broad support to the teams and helping to coordinate programs and projects across the security continuum. The role is based at NorthTech Building in Singapore; the scope of the position is site specific and regionally in nature at times. The Security Analyst (Systems) will be reporting to the Manager, Global Security APJ & GC Region and will focus on administering and developing of the physical security systems while collaborating closely with all stakeholders. The successful candidate will be a high-energy team player who is eager to learn and develop, able to provide technical support to teams in APJ & GC Region. The successful candidate will demonstrate good communication skills, the ability to work in a matrixed environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Administrate all Physical Security Systems in the APJ & GC Region.
- Monitor, analyze and report operational trends and metrics.
- Development and maintenance of Standard Operating Procedures, manuals and other documents.
- Physical Security System Training of all operators.
- Coordinate and manage internal project task to ensure delivery.
- Provide guidance and recommendation to all stakeholders.
- Support of on-site events and individual events.
