Are you ready to put your experience to work at Northrop Grumman? If so, our Defense Systems is seeking a Security Solutions Business Area Project Integrator, Staff level. This position is located in Orlando, FL or may consider other onsite Northrop Grumman Locations such as San Diego, CA. This position supports the cross-domain solutions product line.
What You’ll Get To Do:
Lead all aspects of strategic schedule integration to support program execution including key dependencies both internal and external
Manage the integration of multiple parallel efforts for seamless incorporation in the program baseline
Provide programmatic assessments, analysis of data, and recommendations for program execution and integration to the Business Area Manager and product line managers
Demonstrate leadership through the identification, allocation, tracking, and completion of key program integration points to achieve program objectives
Work closely with the program managers and other core organization leads in defining, executing the organization’s program plan
Support change management and risk management processes
Support proposal development including engaging with technical and program SMEs to develop Basis of Estimates, draft technical volumes, and draft supplier statements of work.

Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 12 years of related experience; Master's degree and a minimum of 10 years experience; An addition 4 years of related experience may be considered in lieu of the degree requirement.
A current Secret Clearance.
Have the ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. Government DoD Top Secret security clearance.
6 years of direct project/program management experience that includes resource management.
4 years of experience on DoD programs leading a project and/or driving performance against schedule.
Demonstrated experience with Earned Value Management Systems with a specific focus on an Integrated master Schedule.
Ability to travel, as required. Up to 35% travel is anticipated.
Preferred Qualifications:
3 years in a formal management position.
Current DoD Top Secret Security Clearance.
Experience working within an Executive Level Team (ELT).
Control Account Manager Certification.
Long term strategy and technical/product development roadmap development experience.
Systems Engineering experience.
International program execution experience, including experience working with ITC.
