About the role
MSS Security is looking for full time relief security officers who are primarily responsible for providing a security presence whilst remaining alert and focused. You will be part of an enthusiastic, committed and customer focused team within a banking domain. You will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to all our customers, and you will build strong relationships with your internal stakeholders. Work on a rotating roster, across multiple sites within the Sydney CBD. Duties include but are not limited to:
Access control and monitor CCTV
Respond professionally, courteously and promptly to all customer enquiries
Direct and escort visitors to site
Visitor sign in/induction and maintain key registers and issue keys
Conduct foot patrols internal and external
Skills and Experience:
Certificate II in Security Operations and current First Aid certificate
Current NSW Security licence
Dedication, reliability and a commitment to security
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
High standards of presentation and grooming
High level computer literacy skills
The ability to work with minimal supervision and within a team environment
Integrity and sound judgment
