Who you’ll be working with:
If you have a strong background in IT, computer science, or software engineering, and are analytical, technologically savvy, solutions and process-focused, then the Technology & Operations team may be for you!
You’ll be responsible for the following:
- The Product Owner reports to the Product Management Head and is responsible for defining the product vision and managing the product development process.
- Creates the feature sets, business and user stories needed for the product
- Consults relevant teams and stakeholders to come up with design and product specification document
- Communicates product/program vision and intent to all applicable stakeholders
- Decides on the prioritization of the delivery team for the appropriate sprint together with the Scrum Master and grooms the product backlogs, breaking down epics and estimating user stories
- Conducts research to identify Cyber Security and Fraud solutions
- Leads the vendor selection assessment process including POC, RFI/RFP and vendor discussions
- Participates in meetings that involve internal and external tribe members such as but not limited to POC, RFP/RFI, Daily Stand Up, Design Sessions, Triage Meetings, etc.
- Manages post launch activities such as but not limited to Post Mortem, Production Issue Resolution, Demand Back logs, Sprint Reviews and Retrospective, product operationalization, benefits realization, etc.
We’re looking for:
- At least 2 years experience on Cyber Security and/or Fraud Management
- Product and Project management background
- Strong working knowledge of fraud and security risks, and its typologies, along with the emerging trends affecting fraud and financial crime
- Strong communication skills
- Stakeholder engagement skills
- Strong problem solving skills
