MSS Security is looking for a professional and dependable Security Officer to join our team in a full-time, Monday to Friday position. This role is based in Robina and offers the rare benefit of a stable weekday roster. You’ll play a key role in maintaining site safety while supporting day-to-day operations at this high profile government location.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform internal and external foot patrols to ensure a safe and secure environment
Provide excellent customer service by greeting visitors, offering assistance, and managing front-desk responsibilities
Monitor access control and issue visitor passes
Respond to incidents and escalate as necessary, following site protocols
Work collaboratively with site management
Requirements:
Australian Citizenship
Valid QLD Security Licence
Certificate II in Security Operations (or higher)
Employee Blue Card (or willing to obtain)
Current First Aid & CPR Certification (or willing to obtain)
Willingness to undergo and pass a National Criminal History Check
Master licence – 41299
