The successful applicant will either hold a current Baseline clearance or be willing to undergo the Baseline clearance process.
 

About the Role

MSS Security is looking for a Security Officer to join our team at our Defence site in Redbank, Queensland. This site is home to the Australian Defence Force’s Military Vehicle Centre of Excellence, where cutting-edge military vehicles and systems are designed and manufactured.

Duties include but are not limited to:

• Respond professionally and promptly to customer enquiries
• Provide access control on site
• Monitor CCTV footage
• Gatehouse and concierge duties
• Conduct internal and external patrols
• Responding to emergency incidents and providing first aid
• Incident reporting and completing necessary paperwork and audits where required

Skills & Experience

• Australian Citizen
• QLD Security Licence – Unarmed, Monitoring and Crowd Control
• Certificate II in Security Operations or higher
• Full Driver License
• First Aid and CPR Certificate
• Baseline Defence Clearance – or must be willing to obtain a Baseline Clearance
