About the Role:
MSS Security is seeking a full-time Security Officer to join our team at a corporate site in Dandenong. This role involves concierge and front-of-house duties, working a Monday to Friday roster with no late-night shifts required.
This position attracts a Level 4 pay rate of $28.86 per hour, plus super and shift penalties where applicable.
Duties include but are not limited to:
Deliver front desk and concierge services including greeting visitors, verifying appointments, registering guests, issuing visitor passes, and directing them appropriately
Provide consistent, high-quality customer service at all times.
Conduct regular patrols of the site to maintain safety and security
Requirements:
Must be an Australian Citizen
Valid Victorian Security Licence
Current First Aid and CPR certification
Willingness to undergo a site-specific clearance pack and complete a police check
Must be available for a Monday to Friday work week
Strong written and verbal communication skills, including report writing
High level of attention to detail and accuracy
