The Boeing Company’s Information Digital Technology & Security (IDT&S) organization is currently seeking a Security & Fire Operations Manager to join the team in Berkeley, MO

The selected candidate will be supporting the St. Louis region team. This position will perform multi-discipline security operations duties under general direction of the St. Louis Security & Fire Operations Senior Manager. This individual will exemplify the Boeing values and have the ability to interact with stakeholders. This dynamic position supports security operations which include all business units; commercial, defense, services, test, and flight line operations. This candidate must be adaptable to work with competing priorities on a daily basis.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Represent security operations and manage security operations personnel across the St. Louis region

  • Oversee uniformed security contract

  • Oversee all aspects of the account including financial, compliance, and performance

  • Support Emergency Operations Center (EOC) activities

  • Maintain integrated contract security team and procedures

  • Liaise with local agencies and community partners to enhance security programs that protect people, property, and information

  • Support special event coordination by assigning critical resources as required

  • Provide support to the regional Threat Management Teams

  • Oversee technical operations maintenance and installs of video security systems, access management, and alarm systems

  • Collaborate with Lock & Key operations for integrated solutions

  • Lead and participate in site inspections to comply with company policies and procedures

  • Implement, track and close Corrective Action Plans within established deadlines

  • Integrate safety into day-to-day services and influence safety culture within security and fire teams

  • Support initiatives and special projects that drive productivity and cost efficiency

  • Deliver customer service excellence with agility, first-time quality, and flexibility when necessary

  • Support off hour events and incidents as needed

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

  • 5+ years of experience working in security, fire protection, and/or emergency preparedness

  • 3+ years of experience interfacing with senior and executive leadership

  • 3+ years of experience in a customer service role

  • Willing to work variable shifts; including days, evenings, nights, and weekends

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work or military experience

  • 5+ years of experience with Security & Fire Operations or uniformed security policies, procedures, disciplines and requirements

  • 5+ years of experience building relationships and partnering with all levels of employees, including executives

  • Experience working with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

Summary pay range: $111,350 – $150,650
