Job Summary:
The Security Event Coordinator Seasonal Assistant is responsible for assisting in the security management of events across all Ilitch Sports + Entertainment venues including Little Caesars Arena, Comerica Park, Fox Theatre, Pine Knob Music Theatre, Michigan Lottery Amphitheatre, and Meadowbrook Amphitheatre. Ensure the security staff delivers quality service with internal and external guests through excellence in standards, presentation, and professionalism. Assists in event activities such as gathering pre-event information, event planning, pre-event preparedness and managing ancillary components of events in consultation with Event Security Managers. Participating in event staff training/orientation, performance, and coaching. Assisting in gathering event related data and statistics.
During events, responds to event related incidents, which occur in the area and works with the Event Security Managers to resolve any security related issues. Provides event security and safety services to all Ilitch Sports + Entertainment venues.
