Perform on-site and/or remote installation, implementation, and configuration of security solutions.
Support maintenance, patching, upgrades, and troubleshooting of deployed security systems.
Assist in diagnosing and resolving routine security incidents and technical issues using documented procedures.
Provide customers with guidance on system operation, preventive maintenance, and security best practices.
Ensure all deployments and support activities comply with company standards, security policies, and customer requirements.
Prepare and maintain accurate documentation, including implementation reports, incident reports, and service records.
Escalate complex technical or security issues to senior engineers when necessary.
Maintain strong professional relationships with customers to ensure high service satisfaction.
Bachelor’s Degree in Cybersecurity, Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline; or equivalent practical experience.
Fundamental understanding of cybersecurity concepts such as firewalls, endpoint security, SIEM, network security, and basic incident response.
Conceptual knowledge of security principles, industry practices, and IT infrastructure.
Ability to follow structured processes and standard operating procedures.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for routine technical issues.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Willingness to work at customer sites and travel when required.
