Aggreko is seeking a talented Sales Engineer to join our team in Poland and neighbouring countries. If you have at least 3 years’ experience in sales engineering within our sectors and thrive working independently, we want to hear from you!

What You’ll Do

  • Build and grow Aggreko’s business through direct sales of rental contracts in power generation, electrical distribution, HVAC, and oil-free air compressor sectors.

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers, while actively acquiring new clients.

  • Identify new opportunities and applications within your territory.

  • Prepare quotes, negotiate contracts, and secure orders by delivering compelling presentations to senior customer stakeholders.

  • Manage complex projects and key accounts, ensuring sales targets are met or exceeded.

  • Provide technical support in collaboration with our technical department and ensure excellent after-sales service.

  • Uphold the highest standards of business ethics, safety, and compliance with local and EU regulations.

What We’re Looking For

  • Minimum 3 years’ experience as a Sales Engineer, ideally in an international environment.

  • Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and delivering results.

  • Basic knowledge of electrical engineering and a general understanding of power generators, diesel engines, electrical distribution equipment, HVAC, and/or oil-free air compressors.

  • Bachelor’s degree.

  • Advanced English (mandatory); French or another European language is an advantage.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Project) and CRM systems (Salesforce, Dynamics, etc.).

  • Valid B category driver’s licence with a clean record.

  • Highly self-motivated, disciplined, and able to work autonomously.

  • Strong leadership, planning, and organizational skills.

  • Customer-oriented, commercially minded, and entrepreneurial spirit.
