Job Description Summary

Provide administrative, scheduling, and coordination support to the Logistics & Industrial team, ensuring efficient operations, organized documentation, and seamless communication with clients and internal stakeholders.

About the Role:

  • Provide comprehensive administrative and coordination support to the Logistics & Industrial brokerage team, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and enabling revenue-generating staff to focus on client advisory and transactions.

  • Manage scheduling, meeting arrangements, and site visit coordination, including calendar management and logistical preparation for client engagements.

  • Prepare and format documents, reports, presentations, and transaction-related materials while maintaining organized electronic and physical filing systems.

  • Coordinate with internal departments and external stakeholders to support deal processes, documentation tracking, and client communications.

  • Maintain internal databases and CRM systems, assist with administrative reporting, and ensure documentation complies with company standards and confidentiality requirements.

About You:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field is preferred.

  • Ideally 1–5 years of experience in administrative, secretarial, or coordination roles; However, fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to manage schedules, documentation, and multiple requests efficiently.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) with strong attention to detail and accuracy.

  • Professional communication skills in Thai and basic working proficiency in English; a valid driver’s license is a plus (not a must) for occasional site coordination support.
