THE JOB:

As a Seasonal Old Homestead Pantry Worker, you will be responsible for preparing and setting up food lines. You will also set the stage for guest experience with your welcoming smile and service. By understanding their unique stories and needs, you will own their experience to create WOW memories they will carry with them far and beyond their stay with us.


THE DAY-TO-DAY:

• Prepare and set up line with such items as salads, seafood, appetizers, ice creams, cold meats, cheese platters, fresh fruit platters, and baskets of fruit
• Consistent quality and quantity food production
• Follow standard recipes according to menu
• Work cold station in front or back of the house
• Ensure cleanliness of cold station walk-ins and reach-ins
• Adjust food inventory according to business in order to avoid over production and waste

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:

• Proof of eligibility to work in the United States required

• High School Diploma, GED or equivalent

• 3+ Years of Prior Relevant Experience in similar position preferred

• Work varied shifts, to include weekends and holidays required

Pay Rate:

The rate for this role is:

$22.50

 

This rate represents a good faith estimate of the wage rate that MGM reasonably expects to pay for the position upon hire.

 

Pay will not be below any applicable minimum wage.

Should overtime be worked, employees are paid overtime pay in accordance with state requirements.
