As a Seasonal Costumed Beverage Server, your primary responsibility is to deliver an exceptional guest experience by promptly preparing and serving beverages.
THE STARTING RATE: $11.50 + Tips
THE DAY-TO-DAY:
Provide and expedite beverage orders for guests
Maintain cleanliness and stock of the assigned area, side station, tables, and POS station
Perform on-stage in comedy acts, photo-shoots and other marketing events for the purpose of developing and marketing the brand, and attend activities outside of the venue
Actively use social media to engage the guest in an immersive and interactive experience
Collect money and follow all proper cash handling and comp procedures
Focus on the development of a personal clientele list
Maintain assigned wardrobe and/or costumes in accordance with established standards
Resolve guest complaints within the scope of authority; otherwise, refer the matter to management; notify supervisor and/or Security of all unusual events, circumstances, missing items, or alleged theft
Assist management with training and mentoring new employees as requested
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:
Must be 18 years or older and able to obtain proper licensure as required by the New Jersey Gaming Control Commission
Is available to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays
Two (2) years’ experience as a cocktail server in a similar high-volume bar or nightclub is preferred

This position is a seasonal opportunity, with the summer season running from May 1, 2025, through October 15, 2025. Please note that the end date may be subject to change based on business needs.

Pay Rate:
The rate for this role is:
$11.50
This rate represents a good faith estimate of the wage rate that MGM reasonably expects to pay for the position upon hire.
Pay will not be below any applicable minimum wage.
Should overtime be worked, employees are paid overtime pay in accordance with state requirements.
