We’re seeking a dynamic SDR Manager to lead our team of 8 Sales Development Representatives (7 in London, and 1 in California), You’ll report to the Sales Manager (AE Manager) of our Life Sciences team and take ownership of a high outreach (cold calling, emails, etc) environment targeting SMB - mid market prospects across North America and Europe. If you’re passionate about coaching a sharp, motivated, and relatively inexperienced team to a team of superstars, and you have a strong track record of progressing from SDR or AE into leadership, we’d love to hear from you.
This is a hybrid position in our London, UK office, with the option to work hybrid throughout the week (Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays) or fully in office.
