We are seeking a highly motivated and dynamic Scrum Product Owner. This role will be key to driving the development and delivery of high-impact product features that align with our company’s strategic goals. You will be responsible for understanding customer needs, working with cross-functional teams, and prioritizing and defining product features. Additionally, investigate the potential for AI to increase productivity within product management.
Key Responsibilities:
Product Vision & Strategy:
Collaborate with Product Managers and stakeholders to help define and refine product vision, strategy, and roadmap.
Assist in shaping the product’s long-term direction, ensuring alignment with the overall business objectives.
Represent the customer in clinical and/or billing workflows, demonstrating responsibility for end-to-end customer journey and touchpoints
Backlog Management:
Take ownership of the product backlog, ensuring it is prioritized based on business goals, user needs, and technical feasibility.
Write epic, feature and user stories, acceptance criteria, and work closely with product team and development team to ensure requirements are well understood and executed.
AI Integration:
Investigate the application of AI in product management, including but not limited to user story and acceptance criteria formation, backlog management, estimation and prioritization.
Stakeholder Collaboration:
Work closely with Product Managers, engineers, and other key stakeholders to gather requirements and feedback.
Facilitate communication between business stakeholders and the development team to ensure alignment and transparency.
Establish effective relationships with key stakeholders across the product in order to streamline processes of gathering ideas/inputs that improve product decisions
Leverage customer feedback, research, and analytics to prioritize product features and enhancements.
Agile Development & Scrum:
Participate actively in Agile ceremonies, including refinement, sprint planning, stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives.
Ensure that the development team is continuously working on the highest-priority items that provide the most value to the business and users.
Performance & Metrics:
Track product performance through key metrics, ensuring features meet business goals and customer expectations.
Analyze post-launch data and feedback, iterating features as needed to optimize product outcomes.
Cross-Functional Leadership:
Serve as the primary point of contact for product-related inquiries, ensuring that all stakeholders are informed and engaged.
Act as a bridge between technical teams and business stakeholders, communicating product status, risks, and challenges clearly.
Requirements:
3+ years of experience in Product Ownership. Familiarity with Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban) and Azure DevOps or Atlassian JIRA is a plus.
Experience managing product roadmaps, creating epics, features, user stories, and working with development teams.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills with experience working in cross-functional teams.
Ability to prioritize effectively, balancing business needs with technical constraints.
Analytical and critical thinking mindset with experience using data to drive decision-making and continuous improvement.
A strong understanding of the product lifecycle, user experience, and how to drive products to successful delivery is a plus.
