Job Summary
The Scrum Master enables high-performing, self-organising, cross-functional delivery teams by driving Agile excellence, removing impediments, and promoting a culture of transparency, continuous improvement, and flow efficiency.
Operating as a servant-leader, the Scrum Master partners closely with Product Owners, Lead Developers, Chapter Leads, and the Head of Engineering to ensure delivery predictability, healthy team dynamics, and alignment to Titan’s Product Operating Model. This role is responsible for embedding Agile practices, facilitating sprint ceremonies, supporting team health, and providing data-driven insights that improve delivery outcomes across the engineering organisation.
The Scrum Master also acts as a cross-team facilitator, identifying systemic blockers, surfacing risks, and championing improvements in collaboration, refinement quality, backlog readiness, and engineering/process consistency.
