The opportunity:
PowerShop is Hitachi Energy’s eBusiness platform which allows customer to request quote and place order with less intervention by Sales team. We are seeking a highly motivated candidate who has experience in implementing the software projects based on business requirements coordinating between Software development teams and business users across global.
This role serves as the single point of contact for factories regarding inquiries and requests related to eBusiness platform. This role requires close collaboration with BU & GPG to achieve defined operational and strategic targets and ensuring the seamless integration of configurators into the HE sales framework.
Contributes to development and roll-out of PowerShop to ensure timely adoption of users for the relevant Product Group factories/customers. Consolidate business requirements of PowerShop, align with global project development team to ensure development in PowerShop and coordinate closely in the phase of testing prior to release.
Ensure to manage SCRUM board for Complete platform development activity in Marketing & Sales function in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
How you’ll make an impact:
Single Point of Contact: As the initial contact for factories, you’ll handle any demands to coordinate on the requirement to onboard new factory / new product / new customer in Power Shop.
Collaboration with BU Sales Operations & GPG: Work closely with global sales operations and GPG to align on road map to achieve the strategies and targets.
Project Deployment: Lead the deployment of Power Shop projects, ensuring accuracy closely coordinating between business (Sales team) and IT solutions team in all steps of onboarding product / customer including price updating process, logics, etc.
Requirement Analysis: Determine which requirements are covered by standard functionalities or customized and identify areas for enhancements
Enhancing User Experience: Oversee the development and implementation (SIT, UAT) of new functionalities that improve user experience and sales potential process.
Ensure Incidents raised by factory related to Issues / bugs are closely monitored and followed up with AMS team for fixing issues.
Training and Support: Provide training and support to factory SPOC and sales teams on configurator and ensure utilization of Powershop.
Cross-Functional Project Management: Manage seamless Integration of configurator with Power Shop to enable configurable products Quote and Order via Power Shop.
Communication: Facilitate communication between businesses and IT, resolving conflicts and gaining commitment.
Has far knowledge in Scrum process, Agile management, Testing, managing backlogs, Incident management & business requirements.
Data-Driven Decision-Making: Analyze data from configurator and web shop usage to inform decision-making and improve tool effectiveness.
Drives PowerShop usage across the product group factories, drive change management in factories to switch into eBusiness smoothly. Deliver adoption targets per factory in terms of order intake, numbers of customers, configurator integrations etc.
Work with multifunctional teams of PowerShop IT tool development teams, AMS team, SFDC, MuleSoft, Reiwa, Configurator teams in order to develop best models to address business requirements of an eBusiness platform.
Ensure to manage SCRUM board for Complete platform development activity in Marketing & Sales function in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
Responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.

Your Background:
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., IT, Engineering).
Minimum of 5 years in a leadership role related to e-commerce platform / Software Project.
Experience working within a multinational company and collaborating with cross-functional team members globally is highly desirable.
Strong background in understating the sales process.
Experience/knowledge in SFDC, SAP SD module, Conga Platform.
Work experience as SCRUM Master.
Experience in coordinating development of Software projects on Agile methodology.
The experience with B2B e-commerce deployment. Experience with Conga platform, CPQ and configurators is a plus.
