We are looking for:
Scrum Master

Your future role:

  • Act as a Scrum Master for multiple Agile teams, cultivating a high‑performing, self‑managing team environment,
  • Lead with servant leadership behaviors, fostering trust, collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement,
  • Protect the team from external interruptions and scope changes that jeopardize sprint commitments,
  • Facilitate Scrum ceremonies: Daily Stand‑ups, Sprint Planning, Sprint Reviews and Retrospectives,
  • Ensure Scrum artifacts are transparent and well maintained (iteration backlog, sprint goals, team metrics),
  • Keep the team focused on Iteration Goals aligned with PI Objectives,
  • Identify, track, and remove impediments impacting delivery, quality, predictability, or flow,
  • Escalate impediments beyond team authority,
  • Support incident triage and coordination to minimize sprint disruption,
  • Use team‑level metrics (velocity, flow, predictability, quality) to drive continuous improvement,
  • Support Product Owners in backlog refinement, prioritization, and readiness,
  • Maintain a healthy team dynamic around scope, priorities, and capacity,
  • Encourage modern engineering practices (CI/CD awareness, automated testing, TDD concepts),
  • Support Agile delivery using Azure DevOps, Jira, Jira Align, Rally, or VersionOne,
  • Coordinate with UX, Architecture, System Teams and global upstream/downstream partners (CRM, JPP),
  • Support readiness for ART events: PI Planning, System Demos, Inspect & Adapt,
  • Partner with Release Train Engineers (RTEs) to support ART‑level planning, execution, and continuous improvement.

Apply if you have:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Systems Analysis, or Management Information Systems,
  • Certifications such as SAFe Agilist (SA), SAFe 5 Practitioner (SP), SAFe 5 Scrum Master (SSM), SAFe Advanced Scrum Master (SASM) or Certified Scrum Master (CSM),
  • Experience working as a Scrum Master within SAFe environments,
  • Strong understanding of Agile principles, Scrum framework, and servant leadership,
  • Ability to facilitate Agile ceremonies and drive continuous improvement using metrics,
  • Experience supporting Agile teams delivering technology solutions in a risk‑regulated environment,
  • Strong collaboration skills with Product Owners, Product Managers, architects, developers, QA, and business stakeholders.

Nice to have:

  • Experience with Risk & Regulatory technology,
  • Understanding of KYC and Independence processes.
