JOB DESCRIPTION

Main Responsibilities: (หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ)

• Responsible for the efficient and accurate MRP into the system (MFG PRO)
• Maintain data integrity, Stock level and safety stock level, lead time and general information. 
• Analyze forecast and provide update demand and guideline to team by weekly basis.
• Strong communicate and drive team to achieve plan from all customer. 
• Balance supply with demand to established production plan, policies, resource constraints and requirement needs. 
• Closely feedback to customer and provide alert/shortage warming when demand is stronger than Capacity.
• Coordinate with material coordinator and purchasing to get materials to support production on time, no line stop both internal and external customer.
• Expedite delivery on time to customer on target.
• Participates in projects that influence the direction of new product launches and balance out activities.  
• Material management support for new product launches, materials and Obsolete Inventory values and recovery.
• Communication with internal customer for any problem with production plan.
• To support new product launch and balance out.
• To control the components level and void shortage for both current and new launch product.
• Tracking raw material inventory accuracy for root cause identifications and corrective action.
• Work closely with Engineering and all concerning team to understand all changes in Bill of Material.
• Attend STD meeting/Item master set up meeting, and closely follow up ECR/ECO to achieve target "0" Obsolescence and claims.
• To participate into the launch meeting to seek for required information, track actions, solve issues, escalate problem to achieve the program launch objectives (Material and Delivery Status.)
• Communicating often in safety: safety talk, finding status and all JSA/Risk assessment, PEIL, environmental aspect up to date for routine, non-routine.
• Immediate action once safety issue present in workplace, correcting unsafe condition promptly.
• Voluntary to join Safety meeting to be BBSO program and participated in high risk activities, Safety audit. in the work place by checklist.
• To involve & engage in Safety Activity and initiative: AMS, CCRM, safety week, 5S, HSE training, wear proper PPE.
• Review all change: process, lay out, new material before implement, new machine.
• Others work as company’s activity and /or Boss’s assignment.

Qualifications (Education, Skills, and Experiences)

• Bachelor’s degree in business management or any field equivalent (Material and Logistics is preferred).
• Minimum 3 years Material Management (MM), Production Planning (PP) and Supply Chain Management (SCM) and have fully knowledge of MPS, MRP, ERP with an experience in a multinational manufacturing company.
• Fully knowledge Production Planning.
• Hands on experience in MPS and MRP system; SAP or MFG Pro or any.
• Ability to solve day-to-day operational issues
• Ability to work under pressure
• Computer literate in MS Office Application, Excel and PowerPoint
• Excellent command of spoken and written Thai and English
• Strong negotiation skills
• Excellent communication skills, both downward and upward in the organization
• Passion for systematic processes, responsiveness, cleanliness, organization and process control
• Understand and knowledgeable of BOS and SCM Function
• Good command in English and computer skill.
