As a customer consulting generalist at PwC, you will join other individuals who possess a broad range of skills and experience in customer consulting. You will analyse client needs, provide consulting services across different customer-related areas, and offer guidance and support to help clients develop and implement effective strategies to enhance their customer experience, drive business growth, and improve overall customer satisfaction.

Summary: 

The Operations Coordinator plays a strategic role in ensuring the seamless delivery of administrative and operational support within the consulting team. This function supports executive leadership, project teams, and internal clients by overseeing board materials, meetings, quality assurance processes, and operational workflows. The Manager will lead coordination efforts, mentor junior staff, and drive continuous improvement across administrative functions. 

Qualifications / Certifications required: 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field. 

Experience required: 

  • 5 + years’ experience in similar administrative or coordination roles 

  • Experience in professional services or consulting environments preferred. 

Technical Proficiency 

  • Expert-level proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite: Word, Excel, PowerPoint. 

  • Familiarity with document control systems and collaborative platforms. 

Administrative & Organizational Leadership 

  • Strong organizational skills with a focus on accuracy and efficiency. 

  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver high-quality outputs under pressure. 

Communication & Collaboration 

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. 

  • Ability to engage professionally with senior stakeholders and clients. 

Quality-Focused & Process-Driven 

  • Experience in quality assurance, document review, and process standardization. 

  • Ability to lead process improvement initiatives and drive operational excellence. 

Responsibilities of role: 

Board Pack Oversight 

  • Lead the preparation, review, and finalization of board presentations, governance documents, and executive reports. 

  • Ensure alignment with branding, messaging, and compliance standards. 

Meeting Governance & Documentation 

  • Oversee scheduling and coordination of internal and client-facing meetings. 

  • Ensure accurate and timely capture of minutes, action items, and decision logs. 

  • Maintain a repository of meeting records and follow-up protocols. 

Advanced MS Office  

  • Guide the creation of high-quality reports, dashboards, and presentations using Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. 

  • Ensure consistency and accuracy through version control and formatting standards. 

Quality Assurance & Compliance Management 

  • Lead document quality checks and implement QA frameworks across administrative outputs. 

  • Develop and enforce best practice guidelines for document preparation and review. 

Document & Knowledge Management 

  • Oversee shared drive structures, permissions, and document archiving. 

  • Ensure compliance with audit and data protection requirements. 

Project Operations Enablement 

  • Support Management with resource planning, scheduling, and operational tracking. 

  • Maintain and enhance project dashboards and reporting tools. 

Stakeholder Engagement & Communication 

  • Serve as a key liaison across consulting teams, clients, vendors, and internal functions. 

  • Ensure consistent communication of policies, templates, and onboarding materials.
