SAP SRM Senior Consultant

Job Description:

Responsibilities:

• work as a member of SAP maintenance & development team providing 2nd and 3rd level SAP support to the client
• solve the user-raised issues (Incidents, Problems) and implement break-fix changes
• fulfill service requests submitted by client's users
• lead implementation of business-driven Change Requests, based on client's needs
• maintain positive and productive relations with other team members and client representatives

Skills/experience - required:

• at least bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering or related field preferred
• excellent knowledge of Procurement/Purchasing end-to-end processes
• 7+ years of SAP SRM (Supplier Relationship Management) consultant experience
• practical experience in the following SRM-supported business scenarios: Service Procurement, Self-service Procurement, Plan-Driven Procurement, Catalog Content Management, Strategic Sourcing, Procure-To-Pay
• experience in clinet facing SAP support projects
• self managed, able to prioritize work and provide a solution when required
• ability to translate customer requirements into technical requirements
• technical and analytical skills
• team-working skills
• positive, can-do attitude
• focus on the client's needs

Skills - nice-to-have :

• experience in SAP MM module
• experience in other SAP modules (e.g. SAP FI/CO/HCM/SF)
• ability to analyse ABAP and debug custom developments
• ITIL experience
• knowledge of Service Now

Language requirements:

• fluent in English
