Hiring: SAP Integrations Specialist

We’re looking for a SAP Integrations Specialist to join us at Telia!

We are Corporate Technologies and Services department of Telia Group IT.  And we are looking forward to strengthening our SAP Integrations team and bringing in SAP Integrations Specialists to help us out with all the exciting work we do!

This role will be responsible for supporting day-to-day SAP integration operations and delivering minor enhancements across the SAP landscape, with a focus on SAP Process Orchestration (PO), SAP Cloud Platform Integration (CPI), and SAP BusinessObjects Data Services (BODS).

SAP Integrations specialist role will have to ensure stable and secure data flows between SAP and non-SAP systems, providing timely support to business and IT stakeholders (SAP functional teams) across the Nordic countries (Sweden, Finland, Norway and Denmark).

What you’ll do:

  • Provide day-to-day operational support for SAP integrations, including monitoring, incident handling, troubleshooting, and service request fulfillment.
  • Monitor and manage message processing in SAP PO, CPI, and BODS, ensuring reliable and timely data exchange.
  • Take ownership of integration-related incidents (minor, major, and critical), ensuring resolution in line with agreed OLAs; perform root cause analysis and documentation.
  • Support integration change and release management, including transport handling, deployments, and coordination across system landscapes.
  • Deliver minor integration enhancements and adjustments, including configuration changes, mappings, and interface optimizations.
  • Collaborate with functional teams and architects to understand integration requirements and ensure correct technical implementation.
  • Support testing activities (UT, SIT, UAT) for integrations and participate in go-live and hypercare support.
  • Maintain integration documentation, monitoring procedures, and operational guidelines.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of integration reliability, performance, and support processes.
  • Operate according to ITIL practices, SAP change management standards, and agile delivery frameworks (e.g., SAFe), using tools such as ServiceNow and JIRA.

What will help you thrive in this role:

  • Bachelor’s degree in information technology or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
  • Fluent in English (written and spoken).
  • 3+ years of hands-on experience with SAP integrations, particularly SAP PO and/or SAP CPI; experience with BODS is a strong plus (or one of those)
  • Experience supporting SAP integration operations, including incident management and troubleshooting.
  • Understanding of integration concepts, such as message mapping, adapters, error handling, and monitoring.
  • Familiarity with SAP transport and change management processes.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a proactive, service-oriented mindset.
  • Excellent communication skills to collaborate with business and technical stakeholders.
  • Flexibility to take on-call duty (integration service is 24/7) after working hours, during weekends and public holidays, and support business-critical incidents outside regular working hours when necessary

Monthly salary range for this position - 4300-6400 Eur (gross) + annual performance bonuses. Although it may vary depending on your skills and experience.
