The PMO Project Analyst – supports the SAP S/4HANA AMS/AD program by delivering accurate governance reporting, tracking KPIs and SLAs, and maintaining financial and operational performance insights. They ensure strong compliance, maintain RAID logs, and support global delivery teams through resource planning, forecasting, and executive‑level dashboarding. The role drives transparency and operational excellence across the program through structured reporting, analytics, and coordination
Goal of function:
The PMO Project Analyst – is responsible for supporting the governance, financial tracking, reporting, and operational management of the SAP S/4HANA AMS/AD Program. This role ensures transparency of delivery performance, provides decision‑ready insights to leadership, maintains compliance documentation, and drives operational excellence across global delivery teams.
Tasks
1) Main tasks:
Develop and maintain executive dashboards covering incidents, service requests, enhancements, releases, and risks.
Track SLA and KPI adherence, including incident resolution, defect aging, and backlog health. Prepare weekly and monthly service performance dashboards for leadership consumption.
Maintain RAID logs (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies) Support governance reviews, Change Advisory Board (CAB) meetings, and audit/compliance documentation.
Monitor resource utilization and lead capacity planning assessments. Track budget vs. actuals for AMS and AD initiatives and support financial forecasting cycles.
2) Secondary Tasks:
Support invoice validation processes in collaboration with the Commercial team.
Support onboarding and offboarding documentation for project resources
Escalate critical risks and service degradation trends to leadership.
3) Miscellaneous tasks:
Occasional or project‑based responsibilities:
Contribute to special projects requiring PMO analytics or financial modeling.
Assist in developing new reporting standards, templates, and automation initiatives.

Qualifications, experience, know-how and skills critical for success:
1) Required training and education:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Finance, or related field.
2) Required professional experience (in years):
4–8 years in PMO, project analysis, or project coordination supporting SAP or IT programs.
Experience working in SAP AMS/AD or managed services environments.
Experience working with global delivery teams (onshore/offshore).
3) Important personal qualities:
Strong analytical and financial acumen.
Ability to operate in high‑pressure, deadline‑driven environments.
Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
4) Other specialized knowledge:
