The Sanctions Reporting & Asset Restriction Analyst, Officer, role supports the Sanctions Compliance Screening Alert Management and the Sanctions Compliance Reporting & Asset Restriction team, which reports into the Global Head of Sanctions Compliance.
Due to the role requirements this job needs to be performed primarily in the office with some flex work opportunities available. The role can be performed out of JAB Quincy or OCB Boston office.

What you will be responsible for
As Sanctions Reporting & Asset Restriction Analyst you will
Support/execute the research and disposition of real-time sanctions escalated transaction and periodic entity/name screening alerts
Support/execute the ad hoc investigations and analysis in support of block/reject reports, or voluntary disclosures to OFAC, of any regulatory enquiries, and as requested
Support/execute the reporting of block/reject reports to applicable regulatory bodies
Support/execute the analysis/review of current processes and recommending and implementing solutions that improve processes and mitigate risk
Support/execute the response to regulatory and internal audit exam requests
Support/execute QC and related oversight of sanctions screening alert dispositioning
Support/execute sanctions technology project go-live, testing, and oversight
Support/execute the provision, analysis, and distribution of sanctions-related metrics and governance materials
Support/execute sanctions related projects and initiatives

Education & Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent business experience with focus in business, accounting, finance, criminal justice, or similar;
3+ years experience with sanctions screening operations, alert dispositioning activities, quality control/oversight activities, and/or similar compliance functions;
Salary Range:
$65 000 - $113 750 AnnualThe range quoted above applies to the role in the primary location specified. If the candidate would ultimately work outside of the primary location above, the applicable range could differ.
