YOUR ROLE 

As a Samples Procurement Coordinator Intern on our team, you’ll coordinate samples procurement process of parts needed for validation tests, cooperate with plants, suppliers, customers and departments to ensure on-time delivery of components. 

In your daily job you will:

• Samples procurement coordination

• Production planning according to current demand

• Preparing quotations, order confirmations and invoices for customers

• Raw material procurement optimization and stock management

• Quality verification of purchased / internally produced prototypes in close cooperation with Product Engineers

• Cooperation with plants, suppliers, customers and departments  (logistics, purchasing, finances) to ensure parts on time

• Coordination of parts shipment to internal and external customers locations

• Preparing required documentation and management of ordered and owned components

• Care for good company image, confidential information and company’s property

YOUR BACKGROUND

Key skills for succeeding in this role are:

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in logistics, management, engineering or related
• Availability of minimum 20h per week

• Ability to speak, read and write English

• Knowledge of an additional foreign language would be an advantage (preferable German or French)

• Honesty in relation with the company, clients and co-operators

• High level of analytical, communication, organizational and interpersonal skills
