Your position.
The Senior Service Support Assistant plays a key role in ensuring smooth operations at our site in Dandenong South (MSRDC). In this role, you’ll manage day-to-day administrative and resource tasks, support financial processes, and keep the office organised. You’ll also coordinate events and assist senior leaders with projects and administrative needs—making sure everything stays on track and efficient.
Responsibilities
Oversee daily administrative operations across Woolworths service sites, including timekeeping, travel bookings, IT requests, and financial processes as required.
Organise meetings, events, and catering; take minutes and prepare reports.
Maintain office systems, records, and ensure compliance with company procedures and WHS standards.
Manage logistics for spare parts, deliveries, stock checks, and cycle counts.
Handle data entry, filing, and general administrative tasks while ensuring clear communication with teams and stakeholders.
Provide high-level support to senior leaders, manage confidential information, and assist with facilities management and vendor liaison.
Arrange travel for staff and visitors, contribute to process improvements, and support junior team members.
Act as the key contact for administrative queries and help maintain a safe, organised work environment.
About You
Experience in procurement is desirable, ideally within a service-oriented industry.
Proficient computer skills, including MS Office and internet-based applications.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in work.
Effective time management, planning, and organisational skills, with the ability to handle multiple priorities.
Ability to work collaboratively within a team, as well as independently when required.
Clear and professional communication skills, both written and verbal, for engaging with team members and senior management.
Demonstrated ability to deliver quality outcomes in a fast-paced environment.
