As a Salesforce consulting generalist at PwC, you will possess a broad range of consulting skills and experience across various Salesforce applications. You will provide consulting services to clients, analysing their needs, implementing software solutions, and offering training and support for effective utilisation of Salesforce applications. Your versatile knowledge will allow you to assist clients in optimising operational efficiency and achieving their strategic objectives.

About the Role
- Develop responsive email templates with extensive knowledge of AMPscript and Guide Template Language.
- Implement automated solutions utilizing Marketing Cloud Server-Side Java Script (SSJS) and automations with SQL for data view/data extension, data extract/transfer activity.
- Utilize journey builders and extensive hands on working with custom activities.
- Elicit requirements and translate to technical solutions that can scale across multiple business units.
- Write code, configure, and develop custom applications, features, and integrations within the salesforce platforms.
- Perform front-end development building Cloud Pages utilizing HTML, CSS, JavaScript and AMPScript.
- Database design: Data Extension, Contact Builder, Primary Key/Subscriber Key/Contact Key design
- Data administration: Import/Export, SFTP, deployment using Package Manager.
- System Administration: User Management- Roles and Permissions (Standard and Custom), Business Unit Management.
- Master with SQL, AMPscript and SSJS for email Campaigns and customer journeys.
About You
- Bachelor’s degree graduate (e.g., IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or related courses).
- Required skills: strong experience in Marketing Cloud (Engagement Studio, Personalization and Adv Studio, salesforce certifications or other relevant certifications.
- At least 3 to 5 years of experience as a marketing cloud administrator and/or developer.
- Ability to configure and write code for the platform.
- Ability to bring best practice development methods to the table.
- Strong background in agile SCRUM agile practices and associated tools (Jira, Confluence, Slack, etc.)
- Certified in Salesforce Marketing Cloud Developer and/or Marketing Cloud Consultant/Salesforce Accredited Professional Certification on Personalization Builder/ Salesforce Accredited Professional Certification on CDP is preferred
- Experience with email and/or marketing automation software and integration with databases and 3rd Party Apps.
- Experience working with all Marketing Cloud Builders and Studios: Email Studio, Content Builder, Advertising Studio, Mobile Studio, Personalization Builder for Emails and SMS, Customer Data Platform, Datorama(Marketing Cloud Intelligence) is a must and preferred.
- Experience with web service integration (REST/SOAP), Heroku or Azure/AWS.
- Experience with complex data structures, data modeling and databases.
- Experience with email and/or marketing automation software and integration with databases and 3rd party apps.
- Strong background in SCRUM agile practices and associated tools (Jira, Confluence, Slack, etc.)
- Skilled with any marketing automations tools/platforms.
- General understanding of key digital marketing trends especially in the Financial Services domain.
- Experience with CI/CD tools is a must have.
- Working knowledge with any other Salesforce clouds (Sales, Service, Experience).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively with non-technical personnel.
- Amenable work in Paseo de Roxas, Makati City.
