About the Salesforce Graduate Program

Our Salesforce Graduate Program is designed for outstanding graduates — analytical thinkers, problem solvers, and creators who want to launch their career in CRM, automation, and digital product development.

As part of Fever’s CRM & Salesforce Team, you will learn how a global tech company leverages Salesforce to scale operations, automate processes, enhance customer experience, and empower internal teams across markets. You will work on real projects from day one, collaborating with experts in Product, Engineering, Business Operations, Customer Experience, and Commercial teams.

You’ll gain hands-on experience with:

  • Salesforce configuration & automation
  • Business Process definition and rollout
  • Data modeling and process optimization
  • CRM analytics & dashboarding
  • Integrations with tools like Gong, Snowflake, Google
  • Global cross-functional collaboration

About the Role

  • Help design and implement scalable processes to support Fever’s global operations.
  • Work closely with CRM, Product, Engineering, and Business stakeholders to build and improve Salesforce solutions.
  • Contribute to automation initiatives that reduce manual work and boost efficiency across teams.
  • Analyze business requirements, translate them into Salesforce features, and support testing & deployment.
  • Help maintain data quality and build insightful dashboards for operational and leadership teams.
  • Support international projects that impact our markets, learning how CRM powers a global business.
  • Assist in documentation, training, and enablement for internal users adopting new tools.

About You:

  • Recently graduated in Engineering, Computer Science, or similar.
  • Strong interest in business processes, Salesforce, CRM systems and automation.
  • Analytical mindset with good problem-solving skills.
  • Comfortable working with Google Slides, spreadsheets, SQL, or basic data analysis tools (bonus: prior Salesforce exposure).
  • Curious, proactive, and eager to learn in a fast-moving environment.
    Excellent communication skills — able to explain technical concepts clearly.
  • Fluent in English.
