As a Salesforce Functional Analyst, you will be vital in making sure our Salesforce platform underpins and improves our business processes across the Customer group. Your abilities will lead us to remarkable effectiveness and accomplishment!

With the experience and knowledge you bring to MYOB, you will be key to delivering and unlocking value for our team members and customers using the Salesforce platform. Delivering efficiency and effectiveness improvements, making sure we are leveraging the platform to enhance business operations

What You'll Do
-  Customise, configure, and maintain the Salesforce domain to meet business needs
-  Analyse business requirements and translate them into practical Salesforce solutions
-  Support end-users through troubleshooting and training
-  Generate reports to aid decision-making
-  Collaborate with collaborators to identify process improvements
-  Participate in testing and deployment of new features
-  Document changes and system processes

About You
-  Demonstrated experience as a Salesforce Functional Analyst or in a comparable position
-  Strong analytical skills to determine and implement effective solutions
-  Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
-  Strong Experience with Salesforce systems (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, etc.)
-  Proven ability to translate business needs into actionable requirements
