We are seeking analytical and detail‑oriented professional with 3–5 years of consulting experience to join IQVIA team. Candidate with strong expertise in SQL and exposure to SFE (Sales Force Effectiveness) within the healthcare or life sciences domain. The role involves delivering high‑quality, on‑time support for client projects ranging from basic analyses to contributing to more complex, data‑driven solutions. Experience in Python or SAS is preferred.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Support projects related to Commercial Analytics SFE, including Segmentation, Targeting, Sizing, and Alignment.
Experience in Patient Analytics is a strong plus.
Assist in reviewing and analyzing client requirements to support proposal development and client‑focused solutions.
Contribute to the creation of detailed project documentation, technical specifications, and analytical frameworks.
Perform quantitative and qualitative analyses to identify client issues and support solution development.
Assist in designing and structuring presentations tailored to the target audience.
Develop and present clear, structured client deliverables within established methodologies.
Proactively develop foundational knowledge of consulting methodologies, analytics frameworks, and the life sciences marketplace.
Work under the guidance of Senior Consultants, Engagement Managers, or Principals on assigned project responsibilities.
Collaborate effectively across cross‑functional teams to achieve engagement objectives.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree required.
3–5 years of consulting experience in analytics, life sciences, or healthcare domain.
Strong understanding of business processes, market influences, and decision‑making drivers.
Proficiency in SQL (primary requirement)
Good to have: Python OR SAS
Experience with dashboarding/visualization tools is a plus.
Understanding of analytics concepts within SFE and healthcare/life sciences analytics.
Strong problem‑solving and analytical skills.
Effective time‑management and ability to prioritize multiple tasks.
Ability to work collaboratively across teams and deliver high‑quality outputs.
Knowledge of consulting tools, methodologies, and industry trends.
