Role Purpose 

The Salesforce CRM Analytics (CRMA) Manager is responsible for designing, building, and maintaining analytics solutions within Salesforce CRM Analytics (CRMA) (formerly Tableau CRM / Einstein Analytics). 

The role supports business stakeholders by transforming Salesforce data into meaningful dashboards, reports, and insights that enhance performance visibility, decision-making, and operational efficiency. 

The Senior Associate plays a key technical delivery role while contributing to best practices, governance, and continuous improvement of the Salesforce analytics capability. 

 

Key Responsibilities 

Analytics Development & Delivery 

  • Design and develop interactive dashboards, lenses, and datasets within Salesforce CRM Analytics. 

  • Build and maintain dataflows and recipes to transform and prepare Salesforce and external data. 

  • Translate business requirements into scalable analytics solutions. 

  • Develop KPI dashboards for Sales, Service, Marketing, and Finance stakeholders. 

  • Ensure accuracy, integrity, and performance of analytics solutions. 

 

Technical Execution 

  • Develop and optimise CRMA dataflows, datasets, and dashboard components. 

  • Implement row-level security and permission models. 

  • Write and optimise SAQL and SOQL queries. 

  • Integrate Salesforce data with external systems where required. 

  • Support testing, validation, and deployment of analytics solutions. 

 

Stakeholder Engagement 

  • Collaborate with business users to gather reporting and analytics requirements. 

  • Conduct working sessions and demonstrate dashboard functionality. 

  • Provide user support and troubleshooting for analytics issues. 

  • Deliver training and enablement to improve dashboard adoption. 

 

Governance & Best Practice 

  • Follow established Salesforce analytics standards and governance frameworks. 

  • Ensure compliance with data protection and security policies. 

  • Maintain documentation for dashboards, datasets, and processes. 

  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the Salesforce practice. 

 

Required Qualifications & Experience 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Data Analytics, Business, or related field. 

  • 3–5 years Salesforce experience with hands-on CRM Analytics development. 

  • Experience building dashboards, dataflows, and recipes in CRMA. 

  • Strong understanding of Salesforce Sales Cloud and/or Service Cloud data models. 

  • Working knowledge of SOQL and SAQL. 

  • Understanding of data modelling, ETL processes, and data governance. 

  • Experience translating business requirements into technical solutions. 

 

Preferred Qualifications 

  • Salesforce CRM Analytics & Einstein Discovery Consultant Certification. 

  • Salesforce Administrator Certification. 

  • Experience with Tableau, Power BI, or other BI tools. 

  • Exposure to Financial Services, Professional Services, or Enterprise environments.
