We are looking for a Salesforce Architect or Senior Developer to join our growing team and help bridge the gap between business needs and technical implementation. In this role, you will act as the glue between stakeholders across commercial, operations, and product teams, designing and delivering scalable Salesforce solutions that support business growth.
You will be hands-on in translating complex requirements into practical, efficient architectures, guiding development best practices, and ensuring technical quality through code reviews and troubleshooting. Experience with Apex and Lightning Web Components (LWC) is essential, while familiarity with React.js is a plus. This is an exciting opportunity to shape new features and processes as we scale our Salesforce capabilities.
Job Responsibilities:
Collaborate with business analysts, stakeholders, and developers to understand needs and design effective Salesforce solutions that align with broader business processes.
Architect and implement scalable solutions on the Salesforce platform, including custom Apex development, data modeling, and integrations with external systems via APIs or middleware.
Develop and enhance user interfaces with Lightning Web Components (LWC) to deliver seamless and intuitive user experiences.
Provide technical leadership through mentorship, code reviews, and architectural guidance, ensuring adherence to best practices and high-quality standards.
Drive continuous improvement by optimizing existing Salesforce applications and contributing to the evolution of DevOps and development processes.
Qualifications:
5+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience, including Apex, triggers, and Lightning Web Components (LWC).
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Solid understanding of Salesforce architecture, data modelling, security, and integrations with external systems.
Salesforce certifications (e.g., Platform Developer II, Application Architect, System Architect) are highly preferred.
Experience with CI/CD processes, Agile/Scrum methodologies, and ideally familiarity with React.js or modern JavaScript frameworks.
