Job Description:

Do you want to be a key part of a team in a modern IT company in the heart of Prague? We are looking for an energetic and organizational person who can manage the smooth running of the sales team and support our marketing team!

What to expect:

  • Supporting the sales team:
    Welcoming visitors, receiving and managing mail and couriers.
    Ensuring the day to day running of the sales team errands - ordering office supplies, refreshments, accommodation, supporting colleagues and administration associated with the operation.

  • Supporting the marketing team:
    Preparing materials for events.

 

What skills and experience are we looking for?

  • Excellent organizational skills, ability to plan your time, prioritize and meet deadlines.

  • Diligence, attention to detail and independence in completing tasks

  • Presentable and pleasant demeanor, proactive attitude and willingness to help.

  • Completed secondary education

  • Advanced knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

  • Advanced level of Czech and English language.

  • Advantage: Basics of working with ERP systems.
